I had a delicious French Toast Bagel toasted with 1 Tbs. Peanut Butter on one half and 3/4 Tbs. Smart Balance Omega Spread on the other half.

Bagels are one of those foods I have cut way back on since the beginning of April. I used to eat a bagel maybe 4 times a week. I’ve maybe had 2 bagels in the past 3 weeks. I think I actually enjoy them even more when I only eat them once in awhile. I think thats probably true of most foods that I shouldn’t eat often, but want to enjoy on rare occasions.
I’m going to do a little strength training later, I’ll probably be taking some ideas from Caitlin’s Workout this morning. Those plank to push ups look pretty killer!
This is going to be my active day, so I’m going to be active, but I won’t be running or doing anything super intense. I may go for a nice long walk or a bike ride later. And I’ll be cleaning a woman’s house today so that is a little bit of activity.
