Tyler and I waited around until about 2 for our package to get here. While we waited we both ate a Flavor Ice. I had the lime flavor…yum!

Finally I decided that I would go for my run, while Tyler stayed home waiting, and that when I got back he could go to the gym.

I ran 4.5 miles in 39 minutes! I felt great during the run, and I can’t believe I was running under 9 minute miles! I’m really proud of myself!

After my run I did the Pink Ribbon Sports Cool Down with Holly Parkins again from Exercise TV. It really is a great stretch!

Shortly after my cool down, Tyler walked out the door and found this! Our first bike rack! It’s a sweet bike rack and I can’t wait until we can try it out! It was also super easy to put together.

After we got it all set up Tyler left to work out and I got some lunch.

I had a half of a whole wheat pita with 1 oz of pepperjack cheese, and some leftover sauteed peppers. I also had 4 oz of grapes, and 2 oz of carrot sticks with 1.5 Tbs. of Nasoya Dijon Sandwich Spread.

Lunch was delish!

Now I’m going to shower and we’ll be heading out to go shopping once Tyler gets home and cleaned up.
