Dinner was simple, I wasn’t in a cooking mood, so I heated up some leftover couscous for Tyler and I to share with some parmesan on top, and we each had a sandwich with it. I had half of a whole wheat pita with 3.5 oz of turkey deli meat (it was on its way out and I didn’t want to waste any so…), red pepper slices, and ketchup.

A little later I had some Dark Chocolate and skim milk for dessert. I ate 1/3 of this bar for a total of 200 calories, not too shabby.

Tyler and I have been lounging around, he’s been working, and I’ve been apartment hunting online.
Apartment hunting is such a long and frustrating process! It seems like a lot of the places in Sacramento have really bad crime rates, or some other problem, not to mention some terrible reviews. Safety is extremely important to me, I want to be able to run outside without fearing that some hoodlum is going to attack me and steal my iPod or worse. And I really don’t want to deal with my car windows being broken so that someone can steal things from my car. If anyone has any suggestions on apartments in the Sacramento area that are safe and decently nice but not too expensive I would love to hear them! I have found a few places that may fit the criteria, but you really can’t judge an apartment by 10 photos online and some very biased online reviews.
I think we’re heading to bed soon. I know I’d like to, I’m very worn out from weeding dunes. I hope your weekends are going well!
