Kashi Waffles…YUM

I woke up this morning and went for a shorter run. I ended up running 3 miles in 27 minutes, right about 9  minute miles.

I went inside and stretched for about 5 minutes, then read a few blogs.

Then it was time for breakfast. I had two Kashi GoLean Waffles with a Tbs. of Real Maple Syrup and a 4 oz banana sliced up. It was delish!

I’m going to finish making Tyler and Trent breakfast, shower, run an errand, and then we’re leaving to go kayaking with my dad a little before 11am!
