Stretching Video

I started off the morning right after Tyler left for work with a run. I ran about 2.6 miles in 23 minutes. Not too shabby! I got back inside and couldn’t figure out what to stretch so I pulled up an Exercise TV video, the Pink Ribbon Cool Down with Holly Parkins. It was a good 10 minutes of stretching!

I showered then got down to the business of breakfast!

Another yogurt bowl with the last 1/2 cup of non fat plain yogurt, vanilla extract, 3 3/4 oz of strawberries cut up, 3/4 serving on Cinnamon Raising granola, and 1 serving of Honey Crunch Wheat Germ! I love the granola and wheat germ mix in my yogurt.

I ran to the post office to mail my package for my secret blogger food swap! I hope she likes it!

Now I’m heading out for a few hours of bike riding with my dad. I hope the weather is nice where you are because it’s beautiful here!
