Tyler and I woke up and headed to the gym around 6:30 this morning. I stretched and used the foam roller in preparation for my group endurance workout, then headed to the waiting area. I waited for a few minutes with another guy also there for the group endurance. The other guy went and had someone check to see where our trainer was…well apparently our trainer decided not to come in for the training. They told us he wouldn’t be there until 8:30 (it was 7am).
Not cool and definitely not the plan! So instead, I did 15 minutes on the bike (blech) and then did 10 minutes of abs with Tyler. Then I drove to a parking lot connected to a park and did a 3.25 mile loop back to the parking lot. It took me about 30:38, which is a little slow, but this loop was a new run for me and had some HUMONGOUS hills so I won’t beat myself up about it too much. I’ll probably try the path again, because only part of it was on a busy road, and the hills were a good mix up from my usual runs.
As I was leaving the parking lot I passed Tyler as he was driving to work hehe. I don’t think he saw me though : – (
Now it’s time for some breakfast, a Yoplait Thick and Creamy Light Key Lime Pie Yogurt, 5 oz of grapes, and 1/2 serving of Back to Nature Cinnamon Graham Sticks.

Not exactly a typical breakfast, but this was just what sounded good. I really wanted the key lime yogurt, but I didn’t think it would taste as good with granola and cereal and such, so I just wanted to eat it plain, so that’s what I’m going to do.
Today should be full of random errands, the bank, and a few others. Tyler will be home early tonight and we might get Thai food for dinner. I’m pumped!
