I got Tyler some breakfast and made myself a bowl of cereal. I had 1 serving of Kashi Heart to Heart and 1 serving of Fiber One Original Bran Cereal with 1 cup of skim milk.

Once Tyler left for work, I decided to try out a new workout. I did Jillian’s Thirty Day Shred Level 1!

That was a pretty intense 20 minutes! My plan is to do the Thirty Day Shred 3 times this week. Depending how I feel I may keep it up.
After The Shred I went through a few papers and caught up on Jon & Kate Plus 8.
Then it was time to make lunch. I had time today so I decided to try something new. I bought some tofu a week or two ago and hadn’t used it yet, so I decided to season it and bake it up for lunch. I used hot chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin to season half the block of Lite tofu, then I baked it for 25 minutes at 325 degrees. I ate some of the tofu in a half of a whole wheat pita, I also had carrot sticks, Nasoya Dijon Sandwich Spread, and some salsa. It was a delicious lunch!

After lunch I cleaned the kitchen and did some heavy duty vacuuming and dusting. I also did some apartment searching and went through some papers that need to be filed.
Around 4:30 I had an apple and some Utz Blue Ridge Trail Mix for a snack.

Eating a full apple does evil things to my tummy! Note to self, don’t eat the whole thing!
Dinner tonight was whole wheat pasta with shrimp and steamed broccoli tossed with butter and parmesan. YUM!

Its been really nice to cook all my own meals again today!
Tyler and I watched some TV and ate some dessert. I had a Kashi Dark Chocolate Cookie and some Dove Dark Chocolates. Ahhh dessert!

Now its getting towards bed time. I was really productive today but I still have a lot to do tomorrow!
