Pre Lunch Snack: Pickles

Lunch: Whole Wheat Pita with 2 servings of Sonny & Joe’s Just Hummus and some cherries and strawberries (I raided my parent’s fridge for fresh fruit!)

Random: Rice Krispie Treats Chunk…YUM

Snacks: Clif Kid Strawberry Twisted Fruit (AMAZING!) and a Nautical Knots Salted (and apparently buttered) pretzel – whatever it was soo good!


Dinner: Chicken breast pan cooked with diced tomatoes over couscous! Delish!

Dessert: Another (and sadly the last!) Alternative Baking Company product, the Cranberry Orange Muffin Cookie with Walnuts quite the name I must say.

Unfortunately, this was not my favorite flavor. Too be fair, I am not a huge fan of orange flavored baked goods so I was nervous about this, and not surprisingly, I found the orange to be a bit overpowering.
The texture was spot on, I microwaved it for 15 seconds and it got very moist and chewy and warm and oh so good. The cranberries, while dried, were not hard or stale tasting, and the walnuts were a wonderful addition! Perhaps they could make me my own version of this with just cranberries and walnuts haha!
If you like orange flavored muffins or baked goods, however, you will definitely enjoy this! I’ll stick with the Colossal Chocolate Chip and the Outrageous Oatmeal Raisin!
And while this was not my favorite flavor, I did decide to demolish the entire cookie in one sitting…so obviously I still enjoyed it! YIKES!
