I started the day off with 15 minutes of strength followed by 15 minutes of stretching (Hal told me to).
Here’s the breakdown – I did this set of 5 moves 3 times with a short rest in between (I used 5 lb dumbbells):
12 Lunges with bicep curls
12 Overhead presses
12 (each arm) Tricep kick backs
12 push ups
