I ran on Monday and again today.
Monday’s Run – 5.5 miles in 49:32 minutes
Today’s Run – 5.5 miles in 48:28 minutes
Not my fastest times, but definitely on track for the half marathon.
Breakfast is up next on my schedule, I’m craving something cold so it’ll most likely be a greek yogurt mess…YUM!
