Sorry for the lack of post last night – I had mucho tarea!
The weather has changed pretty drastically in the past two or so days. Fall has arrived! The temps have gone down to about the 70’s and 80’s and it feels wonderful!
Tuesday’s Breakfast: 2 slices Nature’s Pride Hearty 100% Whole Wheat toast with 1 fried egg and 1 fried egg white.

Tuesday’s Lunch: Crackers and cheese, carrot sticks, grapes, and a Clif Chocolate Chip Z Bar.

Snacks: Candy and another slice of bread with buttah!

Multiply that York x 3 and the Reese’s x 2.
Wednesday was Julia’s birthday!
We made Julia open her birthday present before our last class of the day!

Aren’t we cute!

Megan, Julia and I all met up at La Trattoria Bohemia for Julia’s birthday dinner!
We all ordered a glass of wine, I chose an Italian Pinot Grigio. We toasted to a Happy 25th Birthday!

We got some amazing crusty complimentary bread, and we ordered some Brusceta to start with! The Brusceta was toasted French bread topped with a mixture of tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil.

I had a hunk of the bread and half a piece of the Brusceta.

I forgot to snap the picture until after my brusceta was gone
We decided to share a large Margherita Special Pizza topped with tomatoes, basil, garlic, artichokes, chicken, mozzarella cheese and olive oil.

I ate two amazing slices (topped with a little parmesan and red pepper flakes).

This morning I woke up and went for a refreshing 3 mile run, that I finished in 26 minutes, followed by some more running exercises (high knees, butt kickers, skipping), and some stretching.
I decided to make a fall inspired breakfast this morning. I microwaved a small apple cut into chunks, with some cinnamon and a Tbs. of maple syrup. I added in a shredded up Kashi Go Lean waffle and 1/4 oz slivered almonds and mixed it all together! Delish, and the perfect warm fall breakfast!

Lunch was 2 serving of Back to Nature Organic Stone Ground Wheat crackers with 1.5 oz cheese, and a Clif Kid Twisted Fruit.

When I got home I snacked on 1.5 servings Kashi TLC Cheddar Crackers.

Dinner tonight was leftover pizza from last night with some parmesan and red pepper flakes (we each took home 2 slices) and some mushrooms and red peppers with Tribe Spicy Chipotle Hummus for dipping. It was just as delish warmed up in the oven!

Dessert tonight was a Chocolate Heart Thrive – kinda like a chocolate chip cookie : )

Look what came in the mail for me today!

The wonderful people at Chobani were kind enough to send me some of their flavors to try! I’m super excited to break into them!

Tomorrow is extremely busy. I have Property, a Practice Exam, Contracts, Global Lawyering Skills, and an Oral Argument at 6pm. I get to wear my new suit, but I’m a little nervous, so please think good thoughts for me!
Have a great Thursday!

Mmm pizza pizza!!! Enjoy your Chobani! I’m obsessed!!
I’m pretty jealous of that chobani action you got there! That pizza looks amazing. So fresh and delicious. Your in nor-cal right? I’m in cen-cal and it just turned fall-ish yesterday too. It’s been like 105 for the past week. Yesterday was mid 70’s and I’m lovin it!
