Tyler’s camera! Isn’t he wonderful?!?
I was only able to get pictures of part of the day’s eats, but boy does it feel good to be taking pictures again!
Lunch was a bit of a fiasco. We had a class cancelled today, and so I thought I was done with classes at 12:15, so I didn’t bring a lunch to school with me. Someone kindly reminded me that we had a make-up class from 3:30-4:30. I wasn’t going to drive all the way home and back (40+ minutes), so I decided to get something to eat in the Student Center. I wanted a real meal so I ordered a saute veggie wrap. You should have seen the horror on my face when the guy started slopping mayo and cheese on the veggies and rice, unfortunately by then the damage was done and I didn’t feel right making him fix my mistake (definitely should have asked what the wrap came with first). I shouldn’t have even eaten the thing, but I spent $5 on it. It did not taste good and it did not sit well in my stomach. I eat pretty low-fat for the most part and this thing was just LOADED with fat. I honestly felt like I was going to lose it after eating this thing, but I held it together (and in – blech). At least I know what not to order, and have great motivation to keep bringing my lunch like I have been : )
When I got home from class at 5, I had a snack of some Kashi TLC Cheddar Crackers (like cheez-its only not).

After massive amounts of homework and research I made some leftover peanutty noodles for dinner. It was a combo of onions, red peppers, mushrooms, tofu, rice noodles, the last of my TJ’s Satay Peanut Sauce, red pepper flakes, and some soy sauce and rice vinegar that I cooked the tofu and veggies in.

After more studying – because that’s basically all I did tonight, I had some dessert – Runts – I need to get these things out of my apartment.

I bought candy the other day and very quickly realized why I SHOULD NOT keep candy in my apartment…namely because I want to eat it all and not in a matter of days but in a matter of hours. If they had a group for candy addicts, I should probably attend.
Well I’m off to bed, tomorrow is a 4 class day, so please keep my sanity in mind!

The peannutty noodles look SO GOOD!!!
I hate it when I order something, and it has something extra in it that was not mentioned on the menu. The other day, I ordered pasta, and lo and behold, it had cheese on top. I know this is typical, but it didn’t mention it anywhere! UGH!
Glad you received your camera…enjoy!
Congrats on the Foodie Blogroll!
Those peanut noodles always sound delicious!
Sorry about the wrap, I always get way specific when ordering sandwiches and things like that out
ah sorry about the debacle at lunch! hopefully your tum is not still upset. i know how it is to eat food you are not used to! runts! forgot about those dudes. yay for a camera!
YAY for a camera!!

Great pictures. What kind of camera do you shoot with? Thanks Kathy.
Kathy, this last post was shot with my fiance’s Canon FE-280. It’s an 8.0 megapixel. It’s pretty basic, but I’ve been very happy with the quality of the pictures it takes.
