Weekend Plans

I spent a good majority of my day studying and finishing a research assignment.

Only a Few More Hours

Thanks for all your comments about snacking and desserts. I appreciate the positivity, and the tips about what foods you keep on hand (or don’t keep on hand).

Tyler arrives tomorrow!

I woke up at 7 to get in some strength training before class.
I did 3 sets of the following (first 2 sets with 5 lb weights, third set with 3 lb weights)

15 Bicep Curls
15 Overhead Presses
15 Tricep Kickbacks (per arm)
15 Bent Rows
