I woke up at 7 to get in some strength training before class.
I did 3 sets of the following (first 2 sets with 5 lb weights, third set with 3 lb weights)
15 Bicep Curls
15 Overhead Presses
15 Tricep Kickbacks (per arm)
15 Bent Rows
10 Dead Lifts
