- Plank with Bent Arms: 1:00 min
This made 4 days in a row of running. Tomorrow will definitely not be a running day. Instead I think I’m going to take advantage of the school gym for the first time ever. Sad, but between running and the small weights I have at home, I haven’t needed a gym really.
Anywho, I was famished after my run (funny how this works right, one day not hungry at all, the next starving). Breakfast was a piece of Xagave Pumpkin Bread and 3 oz of grapes.

I went back for another piece of the Pumpkin Bread. It may have been a mistake because I felt a little too full, but oh well.

I didn’t get lunch until 2 because I stayed at school to work on a research assignment.
When I got home I made up a quick snack plate of 3 oz carrots, 3.5 oz celery, 2 oz Sabra’s Red Pepper Hummus, some honey mustard, and a serving of Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies.

I wanted something sweet so I ate a Honey Crisp Apple.

Unfortunately I then got the idea that some white chocolate chips would be good. I ate about 4 servings of them before I knocked some sense into myself. Ooops. I’m going to chock it up to the fact that I didn’t get my lunch until 2.

I worked on homework and then had dinner around 6. I had 1 1/3 cups Trader Joe’s Organic Butternut Squash Soup with a Trader Joe’s Michette Roll with 2 Wedges of Laughing Cow Lite Swiss Cheese. It was a fantastic dinner!

My evening snack was a bag of popcorn – I knew I needed something I could munch on for awhile. I also ate one serving of Zours.

The past 4 days I’ve been on a roll with my exercise and eating (calorie wise and just in general). I’m hoping I can keep this us through the holidays. I’ve also joined Amanda’s Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge as another way to stay motivated through the holidays. I may set some more specific goals of my own, but I haven’t done so yet.
Well I hope you all had a great Monday and started off the week right!
Don’t forget to enter my Xagave Giveaway, you have until Wednesday at 5pm!

Good for you with the exercise and eating well! Wow, running four days in a row?!! I miss those days, sniff sniff! LOL. When you wrote about eating the chocolate chips, it reminds me of how EVERY time my husband gets out our baking box (has all the flour, sugar, chocolate chips in it, etc.) to bake, he has to “test” the Reese Peanut Butter chips to make sure they’re “still okay for consumption.” Ha ha. Hey, little treats like that are OKAY!
I can understand wanting to keep on eating healthy and exercising throughout the holidays though. It’s not so easy!
that is great!! your workout looks so good!
I could definitely go through that bag of white chocolate chips; they have such a great flavor, like something I’d expect from a gourmet chocolate bar!
