Jogging My Memory

Breakfast this morning was a very fibrous yogurt bowl. I combined Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy French Vanilla Yogurt, 1.5 servings Fiber One Original Bran Cereal, 1.5 oz fresh raspberries, and 1.5 oz fresh blueberries.
